At MK Scrub, we want every woman to feel confident, elegant, and completely happy with her wardrobe. If you receive an item that does not fit you perfectly or does not meet your expectations, we are always here to make the return and exchange process simple and smooth for you.
You can request a return or exchange for any of our standard outfits within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a refund, the clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, free from any makeup or perfume scents, and must have all the original brand tags and labels attached.
Please keep in mind that custom-made dresses, altered outfits, or items purchased during final clearance sales cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully double-check our size guide before placing custom orders to ensure the perfect fit.
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, our quality check team will inspect the garments. If the items are approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days, and the amount will be sent back to your bank account, card, or original payment method.
Except for cases where you receive a damaged, stained, or incorrect item from our team, the delivery and shipping charges for returning the clothing items back to us will be paid by the customer.
